1. If you are sending a Native File please go to step 2. If you are sending a PDF and/or Tiff go to step 3

2. Native Files - Create a Transfer Folder and name it your Order Number

   1. Do not use the # symbol in your folder name.

   2. Keep your folder name under 13 characters.

   3. Do not have any spaces or character in your folder name other than numbers or letters. Do not use #, -, /, \,

   4. Place your art file, all fonts and images used in your Transfer Folder and compress it.

3. PDF and/or Tiffs - Name your file

   1. Do not use the # symbol in your file name.

   2. Keep your file name under 13 characters.

   3. Do not have any spaces or character in your file name other than numbers or letters. Do not use #, -, /, \,

4. Fill out the required fields on the form.

5. Browse (or navigate) to your Transfer Folder or PDF or Tiff and select it. Your folder and/or File will be embedded into this form.

6. Select Submit.

7. You should receive a Confirmation E-mail stating that your file transfer is complete, if you do not receive this email then your file did not land at Growl.

All orders, art, and proof approvals received on weekends or holidays will be processed at 9 AM on the next normal business day. All art received during the week after 7 PM Eastern Time will be processed on the next normal business day at 9 AM Eastern Standard Time.

You send your art work file when you place an order before. Art received with out an active order number will be dumped.
